Even when they switched to video ads, the problem stayed the same: burning budget, no serious buyers.With a group deadline just 10 days away, they needed 10 more clients to fill the trip.

Solution

I looked at their past data and quickly understood the situation:● The audience could afford the package (business owners, verified through Truecaller).● The problem wasn’t interest — it was trust. Their biggest fear was being scammed or getting less than what others received.

Here’s what I did:● Built multiple creatives (same message, different designs) to test attention-grabbing hooks.
● Identified that only ~6% of leads were worth talking to — but those were serious, high-quality buyers.
● Doubled down on retargeting: new ads with fresh angles, explaining details (11 days vs 15, hotel choice, why this offer was different).
● Pumped the retargeting budget to dominate their feed — so if they were searching Malaysia trips, all they saw was our ads, not competitors.
Within days, instead of silent inbox leads, prospects started calling the agency directly.
